A: Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event.

A: Typically a 6x6 space works great for most setups.

 

Q: Do you need electricity?

A: Yes, access to a nearby outlet is preferred. If needed, we can discuss alternatives.

Q:  Can I add my event name or logo?
A:  Absolutely, custom overlays are included.

 

Q: How do guests receive their photos/videos?

A: Guests can send content instantly via text, email, or QR code.

 

Q: When do I receive the full gallery?

A:  Most galleries are delivered within 24 - 48 hours after your event.

Q:  How many guests can use the 360 at once?


A:  Most platforms fit 2 - 4 adults comfortably.
